Roy Doumani, Chairman – BrandAmerica
Mr. Doumani brings over 30 years of banking and Asian investment experience to BrandAmerica. He has been a founder and/or director for the following banks – First Los Angeles Bank, First Interstate Bank of Hawaii, HonFed Bank and World Trade Bank. During this period Mr. Doumani was also partner with former Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, the late William E. Simon. He is currently is Vice Chairman and equity holder in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”), Xiamen International Bank – the first joint venture bank in China. Mr. Doumani is also actively involved in many Asian and U.S. companies including: a fund for investing in China, a PRC software firm, biotech and wireless communications companies. In addition to his business interests, Mr. Doumani serves as a member of the advisory boards of both RAND’s Center for Middle East Public Policy and its Center for Asia Pacific Policy. He received a BA in Business & Finance from University of California at Los Angeles (“UCLA”) and a law degree from University of Southern California (“USC”).

Ralph S. Roberts, Chief Executive Officer - American Restaurant Group
Mr. Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has served as Chief Operating Office for American Restaurant Group (“ARG”) since 1986, was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1991 and elected Chief Executive Officer in 2000. Before joining ARG, Mr. Roberts was Deputy Group Executive of Operations for the Grace Restaurant Group and Vice President of W.R. Grace & Co. His earlier work experience included Vice President of the Stouffer Restaurant Division and President and co-founder of the Rusty Scupper restaurants. Mr. Roberts received a B.A. from Princeton University.

Michael J. Sadak, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sadak has over twenty five years of experience doing business in Asia. In 1992 he founded and is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunchi Capital Corporation (?Sunchi?), an international advisory firm. He also founded and is Chairman and CFO of Pacific Partners Franchise Development (?PPFD?), a company formed in 1994 to assist American firms to expand into Asia. In 1999, Mr. Sadak also co-founded and acts as Chairman and CFO of GlobalFit Asia (?GFA?), which he co-founded in 2001. GFA is actively developing Gold?s Gyms in Asia. Prior to 1992, Mr. Sadak worked for over 16 years in international investment banking. While living in Hong Kong for 10 years and working for Norwest Bank and The Chase Manhattan Bank, he traveled extensively throughout Asia. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Sadak held the position of Managing Director of Chase?s Mergers & Acquisitions Division for Asia/Pacific. Mr. Sadak has a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree from American International College and has completed courses in East Asian Studies & Global Finance Strategies at Harvard University.
