Michael J. Sadak, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sadak has over 25 years of experience doing business in Asia. In 1992, he founded Sunchi Capital Corporation, an international advisory firm. He also founded Pacific Partners Franchise Development, to assist American firms to expand into Asia and co-founded GlobalFit International and GlobalFit Asia for the development of Gold’s Gyms in Asia. Prior to 1992, Mr. Sadak worked for over 16 years in international investment banking. While living in Hong Kong for 10 years and working for Norwest Bank and The Chase Manhattan Bank, he traveled extensively throughout Asia. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Sadak held the positions of Director and Managing Director of “Chase Manhattan Asia Limited,” Chase’s Asian Investment bank based in Hong Kong. During that time, he managed the Mergers & Acquisitions Division for Asia/Pacific, was also one of five directors that managed the bank’s investment portfolio in Asia and a US$ 100 million Philippine fund. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree from American International College and has completed courses in East Asian Studies & Global Finance Strategies at Harvard University.

Katherine France, Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Operations
Ms. France's management background began as Assistant Food & Beverage Director and Restaurant Manager of the Holiday Inn, Fort Dodge, Iowa. In the late 70's she entered the banking industry for 11 years after moving to San Diego where she was promoted to Vice President. She managed the consolidation of the loan servicing of 13 statewide offices into one central office and led software conversion projects for acquired bank loan portfolios. In 1988, Katherine left banking to be an entrepreneur. After 8 years of success in two therapeutic modalities, she began providing consulting services to businesses and corporate executives. Ms. France's services ranged from one-on-one accountability/problem-solving/goal-achievement with top level bank executives and university faculty to managing the relocation of what is now one of the best signage companies in San Diego. Ms. France first came to BrandAmerica to help raise capital over 4 years ago. During her fund-raising, she was invited to join the company part-time to manage shareholder administration & communication. Ms. France currently serves as Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President of Operations and is a Director on the board.

Alex Samios, Chief Development Officer
Mr. Samios began his career in franchising while working with his father, one of the original investors and franchisees with Jiffy Lube International. They developed, owned, and operated 17 Jiffy Lube locations in three states. Today, Mr. Samios is Chief Development Officer for BrandAmerica. Alex's franchise experience also includes Papa John's Pizza for Orange County/Riverside, California where he built, owned and operated 34 restaurants. Mr. Samios was nominated "Franchisee of the Year" (1999, 2000, and 2001). From January 1999 - January 2002, Mr. Samios was Master Franchisee & Director for National Franchisor, Aussie Pet Mobile. Mr. Samios is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BA, English, Business, 1991 - 1994. Mr. Samios is part of the Samios Family investment in BrandAmerica and currently a Director on the board.

Diane Conti, Vice President of US Marketing
Ms. Conti began her career in the aerospace industry, specializing in the development of image-based guidance systems, an electron beam system for radiation curing applications, and later, a lens-less microscope for telemedicine applications, for which she holds the patent. Over twenty years ago, Ms. Conti had the opportunity to develop and successfully implement a convention management business. As an owner and president of this thriving company, Ms. Conti’s business contacts increased to include a vast database of large domestic and international corporations along with an array of high net worth individuals. As vice president of marketing of BrandAmerica, she looks to utilize her existing marketing base while establishing new relationships with US and global entities in order to develop American brands for expansion into the Asian market, and she will oversee BrandAmerica’s regional directors and agents. Ms. Conti holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Martin Spurrier, Director of Asian Territory
Mr. Spurrier has enjoyed a long and eventful entrepreneurial career in public relations and advertising in the Asian market. Since 1972, he has played major roles in establishing four of the world’s leading public relations firms in Hong Kong. He twice owned his own consultancies, which were acquired by Saatchi & Saatchi and Interpublic Group respectively, and in the last four years has lead Edelman to become an award-winning market leader. Mr. Spurrier’s primary role in BrandAmerica will involve establishing relationships with Asian counter-parties to facilitate their participation with the American brands being offered by BrandAmerica for development in the Asian market.
