Michael J. Sadak, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sadak has over twenty five years of experience doing business in Asia. In 1992 he founded and is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunchi Capital Corporation (?Sunchi?), an international advisory firm. He also founded and is Chairman and CFO of Pacific Partners Franchise Development (?PPFD?), a company formed in 1994 to assist American firms to expand into Asia. In 1999, Mr. Sadak also co-founded and acts as Chairman and CFO of GlobalFit Asia (?GFA?), which he co-founded in 2001. GFA is actively developing Gold?s Gyms in Asia. Prior to 1992, Mr. Sadak worked for over 16 years in international investment banking. While living in Hong Kong for 10 years and working for Norwest Bank and The Chase Manhattan Bank, he traveled extensively throughout Asia. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Sadak held the position of Managing Director of Chase?s Mergers & Acquisitions Division for Asia/Pacific. Mr. Sadak has a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree from American International College and has completed courses in East Asian Studies & Global Finance Strategies at Harvard University.

Mark M. Robinson, Chief Operating Officer
In addition to BrandAmerica, Mr. Robinson is also co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of GlobalFit Asia (?GFA?) and President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Partners Franchise Development (?PPFD?). He brings to the management team more than 20 years of experience in the acquisition, development and operation of power projects in the U.S. and Asia with such companies as Southern California Edison Company, Mission Energy Company and Magma Power Company. His expertise includes project development, market & financial analysis and contract negotiation as well as engineering and operations. Mr. Robinson is a Professional Mechanical Engineer in the State of California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

William J. McCaffrey, Jr., Chief Financial Officer
During his 14 year tenure as Chief Financial Officer for W.R. Grace & Co. and American Restaurant Group ?(ARG?), Mr. McCaffrey was responsible for Grace?s financial, business and strategic analysis of the then US$ 6 billion conglomerate. He then joined ARG and was in charge of all aspects of finance for the firm?s five restaurant divisions which included US$ 450 million in sales, 250 locations in 14 states and 13,000 employees. Mr. McCaffrey spent his last two years with ARG focusing specifically on the Stuart Anderson?s Black Angus division and was responsible for finance as well as real estate, facilities and human resources. After completing a Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Norte Dame and a Master?s Degree in Business from Harvard he worked for the United States Navy as a nuclear submarine officer.

Carol M. Fitzpatrick, Controller
Ms. Fitzpatrick brings to BrandAmerica over twenty years of experience in business administration and accounting. Since the formation of Sunchi Capital Corporation (?Sunchi?), she has been the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Controller for Sunchi and Vice President, Controller and Investor Relations Officer for Pacific Partners Franchise Development (?PPFD?), and GlobalFit Asia (?GFA?). Prior to becoming a partner at Sunchi in 1992, she worked with investment firms in Phoenix, Arizona and San Diego, California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
